Multiplico is an educational app built to be safe for children.
Data we collect
No personal data. Multiplico does not collect, store on a server, or transmit any personal data. No account is required. All information (chosen first name, progress, settings) stays on the device only and can be removed by uninstalling the app or deleting the profile.
The only exception concerns a purchase — see “Network” below.
Network
The app works 100% offline: no learning feature needs the internet, and everything works in airplane mode.
The only possible network activity concerns a purchase. If you choose to unlock the full version, the transaction is handled by Google Play (or the App Store), and our billing provider RevenueCat, Inc. (USA), acting as a processor, then receives:
- the history of that purchase (which product, and when);
- an anonymous, randomly generated app-user identifier.
RevenueCat never receives a name, an email address, a location, payment details, or the child's progress. This data is used only to activate and later restore the unlock (for example after a reinstall) — never for advertising, profiling or tracking. It is transmitted encrypted. If you buy nothing, no data ever leaves the device.
Ads & tracking
No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics. No advertising or analytics SDK is included.
Purchases
The full version is a one-time purchase (never a subscription) handled by Google Play / the App Store. No payment information passes through the app. A parental gate precedes the purchase. Every table and every game is free: the purchase only adds multiple profiles and the parent report.
Children
Designed for children (≈ 7-9). Aligned with GDPR-K / COPPA principles: no personal data, no behavioural advertising, no social features.
Data deletion
Learning data is local: uninstalling the app or deleting the profile erases it permanently. To request deletion of the purchase history held by our billing provider, write to privacy@pixware.app.
